ABC showed a new promo trailer for V on tonight’s FlashForward premiere and EW has the video. Most of the footage has been seen before, but it’s worth a look. The show will premiere Tuesday, November 3rd. Check it out.
V is about an alien race appearing on Earth with 29 ships hovering over world cities. These Visitors claim to only be stopping on Earth temporarily and offer their scientific expertise in helping humanity during their stay, but it becomes clear to some that the Visitors have more insidious plans for the planet. It stars Elizabeth Mitchell (Erica Evans), Logan Huffman (Tyler Evans), Morena Baccarin (Anna, the alien leader), Scott Wolf (a journalist/reporter), Joel Gretsch (a priest), Lourdes Benedicto, Morris Chestnut and Laura Vandervoort. Scott Peters (The 4400) is the showrunner while Yves Simoneau (The 4400 pilot, Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee) directed the pilot episode. ABC’s president Stephen McPherson says he envisions the series going four seasons of 13-22 episode each.
