New Pics and Info on The Venture Bros: Season 4

Time keeps ticking down until we get the new season of The Venture Bros in November, but until then there’s a few comments Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer have made plus some new teaser pictures.

The Venture Bros: Season 4

First up, Publick and Hammer talked to LA Weekly and were asked about the many big things that happened in the finale of season three and how those events would be dealt with. Doc Hammer revealed the following:

Killing Henchman 24. Brock quit. There are some shows where they’ll make a sweeping end of season gesture, someone dies and stuff, then when they come back, they’re going to hurry up and reset it and get it back to the show that everybody has hoped for. We’re in no hurry to reset anything. We’re now living in a world where a guy is dead, a guy quits and a robot broke. We’re taking on the responsibility of dealing with it. The boys are no longer clones, we know it. We’re not going to just drop it. We’re taking it seriously. We’re taking responsibility.

The pair also chatted with Toon Zone where they revealed that the fourth season premiere will pick up approximately nine months later. Hank and Dean are now truly mortal without backup clones waiting in case of their clumsy deaths, which leads to required maturing on their part and more serious protecting. Doctor Venture decides to further push Dean towards the super scientist role. Meanwhile Dermot, the possible son of Brock, returns and it sounds like he’ll continue his bizarre friendship with Hank.

The Venture Bros returns in November for eight episodes, followed by another eight episode run starting summer 2010.
