I wasn’t quite sold when the first two photos came out, but by now I’ve fallen in love with the visual style of The Fantastic Mr. Fox. The question now is, when are we getting a trailer? I can’t wait to see this in motion.
The stop-motion animated film is directed by Wes Anderson who wrote the script with Noah Baumbach. It is, of course, based on the classic Roald Dahl novel. The story follows a clever fox as he outsmarts the dimwitted farmers in order to get to their chickens. George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jason Schwartzman, Bill Murray,Wallace Wolodarsky, Adrien Brody, Brian Cox, Anjelica Huston, Owen Wilson, Michael Gambon, Willem Dafoe and Eric Chase Anderson lend their voices to the characters.
Fox Searchlight is releasing The Fantastic Mr. Fox on November 13th.
