One last trailer from E3. This time it’s Castlevania: Lords of Shadow for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It’s a big change for the series, as it’s now an open world game that is obviously taking some major cues from the God of War series in terms of combat. It also marks a change in the creative team behind it, with production partially moving outside of Konami to Spanish studio Mercurysteam while Konami’s own Kojima Productions lends a strong supervisory role. That’s team behind the Metal Gear Solid series.
As you’ll see in the trailer, the game also features the voice talents of Patrick Stewart, Robert Carlyle, Jason Isaacs and Natasha McElhone. The game is geared for a 2010 release.
