Awesome, another music video to come off Röyksopp’s Junior is here. Such a damned good album. “The Girl and the Robot,” featuring the vocals of Robyn, is the selected second single and will see physical releases on June 15th including a number of remixes. Pitchfork has the premiere of the video which was directed by Michael Baldwin. The piece literalizes the song as a relationship between a woman and a robot, and manages to squeeze in an awesome dance sequence of the robot doing the robot. Robyn is heavily featured but you’ll also catch quick cameos by the duo that form Röyksopp, Torbjørn Brundtland and Svein Berge. So, without further ado…
