TV Guide‘s got a peek at the new stage that’s been built for Conan O’Brien’s takeover of The Tonight Show. I’m really liking that they’re keep the color scheme from Conan’s last stage. The TV Guide story has some quotes from Andy Richter, who is at the very least the show’s new announcer, about the stage and his lack of knowledge about what his role will become. For size reference, the new stage is twice the size of Conan’s Late Night set.
Conan O’Brien will take the stage for the first time on June 1st. I sure wish I had tickets to see that.
