The Road
Indefinitely removed from its November ’08 release date, it would seem there’s finally some positive news on The Road‘s status. No, there isn’t a date or anything, but CineFOOLS talked to producer Steve Schwartz and learned that the film is finished. Since I don’t give a shit about awards or any of that nonsense, I hope The Weinstein Company decides to release this sooner rather than later and doesn’t sit on it until the next awards season. I’m itching to see Viggo Mortensen roam that gray post-apocalyptic landscape.
