It’s been a long time coming, but after months and months the legal problems have been ironed out and a soundtrack to Sunshine has officially been released to iTunes. It marks a collaboration between John Murphy and Underworld along with a single contribution from I Am Kloot. Fans have been clamoring over this one since the film’s release, and they shouldn’t be disappointed. Everyone can get rid of the crappy scores that fans attempted to excise from the DVD and leaked to the Internet. Thank you to whomever sorted out those legal issues. I’m still regularly listening to Murphy’s work on 28 Days Later and after one listen, I expect this one to join the rotation.
For US residents, you can get the soundtrack over here at iTunes. Searching for John Murphy will also help you get there. The music is only available for purchase as a full album.
